Henderson Scott Limited is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a growing national real estate team in Brighton. You will work on residential-led development, complex land projects, and a range of commercial schemes for national clients and regional developers.

The role offers exposure to sustainability-led projects and both contentious and non-contentious matters, with early responsibility and close partner support in a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in real estate.
• Experience in residential or commercial development work or general commercial property transactions.
• Strong client-focused and commercial awareness with ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Advising on high-quality development projects and complex property transactions.
• Collaborating with partners and clients to deliver commercial real estate solutions.
• Support business development and contribute to practice growth within a national team.
