• Prior real estate bridging & development finance experience at a similar lender preferred.
• Ability to communicate confidently across levels.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop & maintain relationships with introducers and market contacts.
• Assess new business opportunities closely with the team head.
• Liaise with internal departments such as Credit, Legal & treasury.
