Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is sourcing a steel erection squad for a major bridge rebuild project in Avonmouth, BS11. The team of six operatives will undertake lifting and assembling 12 steel sections to form new square formations, bolting them to trestle legs.

CSCS is required for all operatives and SSSTS for the supervisor. Shifts are 10-12 hours during the Bank Holiday weekend with a midnight start on 28th August.

Qualifications

• CSCS certification required for all operatives.
• SSSTS certification required for supervisor.
• Steel erecting experience essential.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild bridge structure by lifting and assembling steel sections.
• Bolt sections onto pre-installed trestle legs.
• Work as a complete squad on site for Bank Holiday weekend.
