Wed2B UK and ROI in Swindon is seeking a Bridal Sales Consultant to help brides find their perfect dress in-store. You will deliver a welcoming, professional experience while working toward sales targets and earning uncapped commission.

The role requires retail or customer-facing experience, strong communication, and a genuine customer-focused approach. Weekend availability is required; training is provided and you can grow within an international retail business with staff discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or a customer-facing role.
• A target-driven mindset with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathetic and customer-focused approach.
• Availability to work weekends, including Saturdays.
• Confidence in styling or an interest in fashion (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver a welcoming, professional in-store experience for every bride and their guests.
