Job summary

Stridden Limited is seeking a Bricklayer's Labourer for approximately 1 week in Long Buckby, Northamptonshire, starting ASAP. You will work alongside experienced Bricklayers, assisting with labouring duties and keeping the site supplied and organised.

This is a physically demanding role requiring regular heavy lifting; hours are 7:45am to 4:45pm, with a temporary CIS contract. Applicants should be reliable, fit and hold a valid CSCS card.

Qualifications

• CSCS Card is essential for site access.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Previous Bricklayer's Labourer experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking with good health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Bricklayers with day-to-day duties on site.
• Move and supply bricks, blocks and other materials.
• Mix and prepare materials as required.
• Regular heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Keep Bricklayers supplied with materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe working area.
• Perform general site labouring duties.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced Bricklayers, assisting with general labouring duties and keeping the work area supplied and organised.

This is a physically demanding role involving regular heavy lifting, so applicants must be comfortable with manual handling throughout the working day.

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card - essential

• Previous experience working as a Bricklayer's Labourer is preferred
• Previous experience carrying out heavy manual work is advantageous
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Good awareness of site health and safety
• PPE
