Job description

We have an opening for someone to join our production team full time at The Kernel Brewery in London. We are a small, independent brewery located in Bermondsey, started in 2009. We brew predominantly bottle conditioned ales, in to bottles, kegs and casks.

Day to day work is varied and will include:

• Wort production
• Packaging; bottle, keg and cask
• Lab work

What We Offer:

• Starting salary of £30,000 per year
• 4 Day work week, between Mon – Friday 08:30 – 17:30 with occasional early starts/ evening finishes as necessary
• 22 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays)
