Mattinson Partnership is seeking a Sustainability Consultant / BREEAM Assessor in Hampshire to join a growing multidisciplinary consultancy. You will deliver environmental assessments (BREEAM, WELL, Fitwel, DREAM) and prepare reports for a diverse portfolio across sectors, with career progression and professional development in a collaborative team.
You will advise clients and design teams, develop sustainability strategies and support energy and life cycle reporting throughout project delivery.

Based in Hampshire, you'll join an expanding Sustainability team with a strong pipeline of projects across the commercial, education, healthcare, defence, industrial and mixed‑use sectors, giving you the opportunity to work on a diverse range of developments while building your expertise within a collaborative and supportive environment.
Whether you're at the beginning of your sustainability career or already have experience delivering environmental assessments, this role offers excellent opportunities for professional development and career progression.
