Location: Cromwell Hospital, 164-178 Cromwell Road, Kensington, London SW5 0TU, and Clinics.

Salary: approximately £39,600 per annum, plus Bupa Benefits.
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time / 37.50 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

As a Breast Services Coordinator, you will deliver coordinated breast care services across Cromwell hospital and clinic sites. Under the guidance of the Breast Care Service Manager or Lead Mammographer, you will handle activities in symptomatic breast clinics, acting as a link between hospitals, patients, consultants, and other service users.
Your responsibilities include coordinating patient registration, outpatient account preparation, payment processing, booking follow-up appointments, and diagnostics using RIS and Compucare. You will engage with patients, staff, and visitors to ensure a positive experience aligned with Bupa standards.
You will ensure radiologist and surgical coverage for breast pathway sessions at Cromwell, Basinghall, and London medical sites, escalating concerns as needed. Attend fortnightly breast services meetings to raise clinical or operational issues. Coordinate patient journeys across multiple sites to ensure timely diagnostics, monitor biopsy results, and escalate non-returns in line with KPIs. Additionally, you will monitor clinic utilization, report concerns, train administrative staff supporting breast clinics with RIS, BOSS, and Compucare, and provide cover at reception areas, greeting patients warmly to promote the hospital and clinic brands.
