A leading healthcare organization in the United Kingdom is looking for a Band 3 Administrator to join its Breast Screening Service. This part-time position (22.5 hours/week) involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the clinical team, assisting with the breast screening programme, and traveling across Dudley and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, motivated, and able to work flexibly across multiple locations.
To provide a full and comprehensive secretarial, administrative and reception service to patients, the clinical team and department including all tasks associated with the invitation and results processes for the breast screening programme, complex histology data inputting and clinic preparation in order to maintain an effective and efficient service as required for the Dudley, Wolverhampton and South-West Staffordshire Breast Screening and Symptomatic Breast Service.
To support the Band 4 post holders by picking up delegated tasks as and when required.
The post holder may be required to travel across Dudley, Wolverhampton and South-West Staffordshire to ensure robust cross‑cover administrative arrangements.

There may be a requirement to work from our admin office based at Russell's Hall Hospital in Dudley on occasion.
