We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Consultant in Oncoplastic Breast Surgery to join our dynamic and forward‑thinking Breast Unit. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high‑performing service delivering comprehensive care for patients with benign and malignant breast disease.
The successful candidate will bring advanced oncoplastic expertise, including therapeutic mammoplasty and reconstructive techniques, and will play a key role in delivering high‑quality theatre, outpatient, and cancer pathway activity. You will work as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team, providing senior clinical leadership, driving service development, and ensuring timely, patient‑centred care.
In addition to excellent clinical and operative skills, you will demonstrate strong communication, teaching, and supervisory abilities, supporting the development of junior medical staff and contributing to ongoing service improvement, audit, and governance. A commitment to continuing professional development and collaborative team working is essential.
