About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join a highly reputable hospital based in Lincoln as part of the Mammography team.

The role involves working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent, joining a friendly and motivated imaging team who are highly skilled in providing exceptional knowledge and services across the hospital. The team are passionate about providing person‑centred care and putting patients at the heart of everything they do, and we are looking for a like‑minded Breast Imaging Superintendent to join them. Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent and will be responsible for :

• Daily HR management, recruitment, and scheduling.
• Daily problem‑solving and decision‑making for optimal service coverage.
• Ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines and governance for staff, equipment, and policies.
• Guaranteeing the highest quality care for service users and proper investigation of any complaints.

About you

• BSc (Hons) in Radiography
• Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions
• SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate
• IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn’t your first language.
• Demonstrated senior‑level management experience in a similar role in the UK
• Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
• Previous experience in enhancing services and implementing change.
• Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
