Responsibilities

• Know your menus and products, our guests may ask questions about ingredients and allergens - be prepared to answer!
• Prepare and serve drinks to our high standards, whilst taking into consideration each guest requirement.
• Be able to identify VIP guests.
• Allocate roles and duties to the other F&B Service Members when on shift.
• Will act as our Restaurant Host during our busy periods.
• To act as Duty Manager for the property.
• Completion of additional tasks e.g., stock taking, stock ordering.
• True Attitude: being caring, wanting to make a positive difference, and building genuine connections with our guests.
• True Confidence: having the knowledge and skills to perform your role, and giving our guests the confidence that they can trust you, to help and support them during their stay.
