Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor - Sunday to Thursday - Day Shifts

Our client based in Windsor is recruiting a Breakfast Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy Hotel. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant and looking for a new challenge. The role will be running breakfast service in the Brassiere restaurant and then helping set up for Meetings & Events and the transition into lunch service. The role is Sunday to Thursday each week working a straight day shift eg 6-1430 or 7-1530.

The Role

• Running breakfast service and ensuring a warm welcome for all guests
• Encouraging and motivating the team
• Helping with Meetings Events after breakfast service
• Experience of supervising outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge and high quality C&B
• Reporting to the General Manager

• Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a busy Hotel
• Stable and progressive CV
• Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
