A well-known hospitality group in Newport is seeking a Demi Chef de Partie to prepare and serve food to high standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year in a reputable restaurant or hotel and knowledge of food hygiene practices. Qualifications
- 1 year minimum experience in a 4/5 star hotel or large reputable restaurant with at least 1 AA Rosette.
- At least 2 years as a Commis Chef.
- Experience in a positive and constructive environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food as per department standard.
- Check and store food items against the invoice.
- Use resources effectively to minimise waste.

- Ensure that all food items that are purchased are received and checked against the Invoice, then stored in the correct manner
- Ensure that resources are used effectively, minimising waste to protect our environment and to reduce costs

Qualifications
