Leonardo Hotels in London is seeking a Breakfast Chef (Demi Chef de Partie) to support the Head Chef and keep breakfast service running smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in preparing high-quality, fresh breakfasts for guests, and be an ambassador for the hotel.

The role offers training, wellbeing and progression opportunities within Leonardo’s supportive team, with learning bites and wellbeing webinars to help you develop your career in hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy kitchen environment.

The Breakfast will support the smooth running and objectives of the Kitchen department. All members of the department work together to create memorable moments for guests, in line with both company and hotel-specific service standards, and collaborate closely with other departments within the hotel. You will act as an ambassador for your own hotel and the wider Leonardo Hotels estate, demonstrating the company vision, mission and values. At all times, you will treat others around you with respect, dignity and fairness.
