A Lake District hotel is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join their team. The ideal candidate will be hardworking with excellent time-keeping skills, collaborating closely with the Head Chef. Responsibilities include overseeing breakfast food preparation and service while ensuring top food quality. A Food Hygiene certificate and an NVQ level 1 & 2 or equivalent are essential. We're looking for a be friendly and hardworking Breakfast Chef to join our Rampsbeck team. You'll have excellent time‑keeping skills that enable you to prioritise under pressure, and will collaborate closely with the Head Chef, overseeing operations. Together, you'll ensure top‑notch food quality and service and will inspire autonomy and empowerment within the Kitchen team, fostering an environment of culinary harmony and efficiency. You'll also be passionate about Cumbrian culture, cuisine, and our local food and beverage producers, and act as the first point of culinary contact for our guests at the start of each new day, crafting food that is as nourishing as it is memorable. As a crucial member of our team, you'll work to prioritise our seamless guest experience and maintain a hearty kitchen rapport.
