Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a professional kitchen (breakfast service preferred).
  • Food hygiene certification (Level 2 or above desirable).

We’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Chef to join our Wild Café kitchen team at Bedruthan Hotel. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes that delight our guests and reflect our commitment to fresh, local ingredients. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced morning environment and takes pride in their culinary craft.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Prepare and cook breakfast dishes to a high standard.
