Hourly Rate of £12.27 per hour plus service charge, on a 18 hour a week part-time contract.
You will join the Breakfast Kitchen Team, and work closely with the kitchen brigade behind the pass. You enjoy preparing mise en place for all relevant menus ahead of service, making sure all areas of the kitchen are always clean and hazard free. You will support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high quality dishes and achieve all departmental targets.
