We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef Breakfast Chef to join our clients team at their award winning hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of food safety and production. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, preparation and hygiene are maintained at all times.

Duties
  • Supervise and manage kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen.
  • Ensure consistency in quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with the preparation of meals during peak service times to support the team as required.
Requirements
  • Cook and prepare Breakfasts then assist with food preparation for the day ahead.
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production.
  • Excellent culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality dishes.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
