  • Prepare a variety of breakfast items such as pastries, breads & scones, including egg selection, pancakes, waffles, smoothies, fruit pots and other morning favourites, with an emphasis on quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop seasonal menu items and specials that align with our brand identity.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure a seamless breakfast service.
  • Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere and address any dietary preferences or special requests.
