Job summary

The Ned City of London is hiring a Breakfast Chef to join our busy kitchen team in the heart of the City. Shifts start at 6am and you will help prepare the breakfast menu to ensure guests begin their day with Ned’s high standards.

You’ll work across our diverse dining venues, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene while presenting dishes to Ned’s exacting specifications. We offer growth opportunities, complimentary meals, and a range of staff benefits.

• Prepare the breakfast menu and ensure dishes are cooked and presented to Ned standards.
• Assist with displays in restaurants where applicable and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Adhere to health and safety standards and report any shortcomings.

What will you be doing?

• A key part of our kitchen team, you'll be preparing our breakfast menu (shifts start at 6am) to ensure our guests are ready for the day ahead, all the while ensuring that food is cooked and presented to our exceptional Ned standards
• Some of our restaurants showcase our food in displays, and you'll be part of the team preparing these
• Attention to detail is key, so you'll clean and maintain all kitchen areas to the best health and safety standards and report any shortcomings
