This stunning hotel operation is extremely exclusive – with a minimum room spend of £380 per night. The kitchen team is backed by an influential Executive Chef with a solid background in modern European cuisine. They have one single main kitchen, with a team of 20 chefs. They have a fine dining restaurant (20 covers), banqueting facilities and are very popular for afternoon tea.
