Location: Hilton Birmingham Metro National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham B40 1PP

Responsibilities

• Join the Breakfast Kitchen Team and work closely with the kitchen brigade behind the pass.
• Prepare mise en place for relevant menus ahead of service.
• Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean and hazard-free.
• Support the Chefs de Partie with preparing and presenting high-quality dishes and achieving departmental targets.

Qualifications and Skills

• Positive and energetic individual with great communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Contract and Compensation

• Part-time contract, 18 hours per week.
• Hourly rate of £12.27 per hour plus service charge.
