Job summary

A leading UK consumer digital business is seeking a Campaign Operations Specialist to join their digital marketing team. You will manage multi-channel CRM campaigns using Braze, optimising and analysing for performance. This hybrid role requires 2-4 years of experience in CRM campaign management, hands-on experience with Braze, and knowledge of Liquid scripting. Contract Length: 13 Weeks (w/ Potential Extension)

Location: London / Hybrid (x2 Days Onsite PW)

Umbrella Rate: 350 - 450 Per Day (Inside IR35)

Our client is a leading UK consumer digital business, seeking a hands‑on Campaign Operations Specialist to join their digital marketing team and take responsibility for executing, optimising, and analysing multi‑channel CRM campaigns including email, SMS, push notifications and in‑app messaging, utilising Braze to turn creative ideas into personalised customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, and optimise campaigns in Braze.
  • Personalise content using Liquid scripting for dynamic campaigns.
  • Design automated workflows and customer journeys based on behaviour and segmentation.
  • Conduct A/B tests, track campaign performance, and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure accurate execution and compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience
  • 2-4 years' experience in CRM campaign management or digital marketing operations.
  • Hands‑on experience with Braze (or similar platforms).
  • Knowledge of Liquid scripting (preferred) and campaign automation.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience in telecom or digital services.
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices and compliance.
