Job Description:

Amazon Shopping Videos (ASV) is seeking a customer-obsessed branded content leader with a proven track record of creating innovative video formats with brand partners in the digital, linear, social, and streaming TV space. Your in-depth knowledge of the advertising landscape and your project management skills will enable you to build innovative shoppable solutions for brands in international markets and the US. This is a hybrid role that involves pre-sale ideation and budgeting as well as post-sale execution with in-house or external partners. Candidates should think outside the box but work within business parameters, requiring a solid understanding of costs associated with creative ideas. Comfort with ambiguity, a strong bias for action, and a willingness to test and learn are essential. The role emphasizes communication skills and building trust across teams within ASV (marketing, monetization, product, finance, legal) and Amazon overall to meet goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing project trackers across pre-sale, production, and post-production phases.
  2. Identifying efficiency opportunities and streamlining communication and workflows.
  3. Handling multiple projects at various stages of the activation lifecycle.
  4. Responding quickly to client briefs with creative concepts.
  5. Writing pitches, campaign overviews, scripts, run of show documents, and campaign retrospectives.
  6. Building budgets, sourcing production partners, negotiating terms, and balancing creative quality with budget constraints.
  7. Providing creative feedback on pitches and edits.
  8. Overseeing campaign execution, managing final assets, and providing notes on edits.
  9. Contributing to business reviews and planning documents.
  10. Collaborating with internal stakeholders from various departments.
  11. Presenting confidently to leadership and working at all organizational levels.

A typical day involves inventing new workflows, leading creative activations, and working closely with pre-sales and brand success teams to scale offerings for international ad partners. The role requires comfort with drafting pitches, managing production, and presenting to senior leaders.
