    • Recent MBA or master's graduate (or currently enrolled if applying for an internship).
    • Structured thinker with experience in management consulting, business analysis, or operational strategy.
    • Strong communicator, able to engage both creative teams and senior stakeholders.
    • Brings both strategic intelligence and operational expertise.
    • Passionate about sustainability, ethical hospitality, and wellness‑led design.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable in a fast‑paced, project‑based environment.
    Desirable
    • Knowledge of hotel refurbishments, infrastructure upgrades, or multi‑site projects.
    • Familiarity with investment appraisal methodologies (NPV, IRR).
    • Global perspective through travel, study abroad, or hospitality experience.
    Why Join Us
    • Work directly with the co‑founders and senior decision‑makers.
    • Be part of a mindful, purpose‑driven, and award‑winning hotel brand.
    • Hands‑on exposure to brand, operational, and sustainability projects.
    • Opportunity to shape initiatives that have real impact.
