Job summary

A global consulting firm in London is seeking a highly organised Assistant to join their Brand team. The Assistant will support various client projects, draft media materials, and provide event and administrative support. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and have proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media. A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is preferred. This position may require evening and weekend hours as part of job responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing or Equivalent Experience.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communications skills are a must.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support client projects from brainstorming to execution and reporting.
  • Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and media materials.
  • Support onsite at events and manage logistics.
  • Perform general office administrative duties.

We are seeking a highly organised Assistant able to adapt to multiple assignments and deadlines as well as a frequently changing environment to join our Brand team in our London, UK office, overseeing a comprehensive client roster including fashion, luxury lifestyle, hospitality and consumer products.

Responsibilities
Brand & Client Support
  • Support client projects from the brainstorming and ideation phase through plan development, execution, and reporting
  • Assist in drafting press releases, pitches, and other supporting media materials as necessary
  • Work alongside partner teams within the agency as well as client partner agencies to ensure seamless collaboration
  • Contribute to monthly, project, or event reporting and recaps across all clients
  • Conduct business and market research to support strategic recommendations
Event & Activation Support :
  • Support onsite at events, including coordination of logistics at all stages of programming
  • Assist with the coordination and execution of retail promotions and brand activations
  • Manage and organise product samples for client and media use
Administrative & Operational Support :
  • Perform general office administrative duties (answering phones, scheduling, managing expenses, booking travel, etc.)
  • Assist in creating professional, client-ready presentations and Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide personal support to executives or senior team members as needed
  • Handle other administrative and marketing duties as assigned
Other :
  • Availability for evening and weekend hours as needed
Profile :
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Communications, English, Public Relations or Marketing or Equivalent Experience
  • Exceptional interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communications skills are a must
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
