Brand Partnerships Manager

Location: Milton Keynes / Hybrid (2 days a week in office), Full-time

Contract: Permanent, 36.5 hours per week, Full time
Salary: CIRCA £45,563 - £48,375

Responsibilities
  • Build iconic partnerships. Elevate a global brand. Change lives.
  • Lead our high-value partnership strategy across corporate, media, sport, faith, entertainment, and cultural sectors.
  • Connect World Vision to organisations, events, artists, and platforms in bold, creative ways — campaigns that capture attention, attract new supporters, and strengthen our reputation as a trusted, mission-driven brand.
  • Aim to amplify and grow the brand: shape partnerships that raise visibility, engage audiences, and position World Vision as a bold, trusted leader in the UK.
  • Deliver growth with impact: identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships that drive supporter acquisition, open new funding streams, and generate tangible results.
  • Innovate fearlessly: spot opportunities that others miss and bring ambitious campaigns to life, from co-branded content to cause-led activations.
  • Lead collaborative initiatives: build values-aligned alliances with businesses, broadcasters, artists, churches, and events — creating campaigns that inspire, excite, and deliver measurable impact.
