Job summary

A London-based brand consultancy is seeking an early-career Brand & Motion Designer. You will support branding projects and collaborate with experienced designers in a creative environment. Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of agency experience and proficiency in Adobe tools along with motion design skills. This role offers a hybrid working model and emphasizes a diverse workplace.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of agency-side commercial experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good level in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma.
  • Experience with motion design and 2D animation.

Responsibilities

  • Support branding projects from mood boarding to brand build-out.
  • Create motion graphics and compile frames for short films.
  • Work closely with senior designers to deliver high-quality creative work.

Brand & Motion Designer 📍 Location: London (Hybrid: WFH Mondays & Fridays)

We’re looking for an early‑career Brand Designer with strong motion design skills to join the team of a London‑based brand and business consultancy. Operating at the intersection of culture, design, and organisational change, their clients include leading innovative brands across sectors. Their offices are built for creativity with spaces for deep work, collaboration, and everything in between. You’ll collaborate with experienced designers and receive direct guidance from one of the Design Directors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support branding projects from mood boarding through to concept development and brand build‑out
  • Create motion graphics and compile frames for short films
  • Work closely with senior designers and directors to deliver high‑quality creative work
  • Confidently compile frames for short films
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
  • Around 1–2 years of agency‑side commercial experience in a busy, fast‑paced creative environment
  • Good level in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Figma
  • Experience with motion design and 2D animation
  • Confidence in compiling frames for short films
  • Strong understanding of typography and static design principles
  • A self‑starter who can hit the ground running and is a solid pair of hands with great holistic brand understanding
