Brand Marketing Manager – Hybrid
We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who is passionate about uncovering consumer insights and delivering innovative marketing campaigns. Our client is an award‑winning independent events business, curating cutting‑edge, leading B2B conferences for a truly global audience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns for a number of live events.
- Investigate, test and roll out ideas for building community, engaging prospects and cross‑promoting products to target audiences.
- Drive change within the team and forge a brand‑led marketing strategy.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital technologies and marketing trends.
- Lead by example within the marketing team, demonstrating success through campaigns, ideas and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- BSc/BA/MS degree – outstanding academic background required.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Senior Marketing Executive or similar role, ideally within B2B events.
- Experience as a Brand Manager is desirable.
- Thorough understanding of marketing techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to express messages creatively.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software (CRM, marketing automation).
- Results‑driven with proven leadership skills.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising engaging campaigns.
- Ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
