  • Execute strategy – Support the delivery and implementation of our brand strategy and brand identity, ensuring every interaction reflects our core pillars and brand guidelines.
  • Bring ideas to life – Manage POS and guest-facing communications ensuring clarity and an optimised customer journey, working closely with internal teams and external creative agencies.

Qualifications
  • Brand Management Expertise – Proven experience in brand governance and working with creative agencies.
  • Industry Background – Ideally from a well-known consumer-facing brand in sectors like Travel & Hospitality, Retail, FMCG/CPG, Telco.
  • Creative & Commercial Mindset – Ability to balance creativity with business objectives.
  • Organisational Skills – Comfortable managing multiple projects at pace.
  • Collaborative Communicator – Skilled at building strong relationships internally and externally.

As a Brand Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping how millions of customers experience Premier Inn every day. Reporting to the Brand Manager, you'll be a true brand guardian, ensuring brand integrity across all touchpoints.

From implementing our Brand Strategy and Identity to creating Point-of-Sale (POS) communications and other below-the-line materials, this role offers variety, impact, and visibility across the business. You’ll also manage and maintain brand assets, uphold brand governance, and collaborate with our internal studio team and creative agencies.

You’ll work on high‑profile projects that shape the Premier Inn brand, enjoy variety and creativity in your day‑to‑day work, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team that values innovation and excellence.
