Reporting into the Director of Brand and Marketing, this on-property role offers an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven Brand and Marketing Coordinator to play a hands-on role in bringing new concepts to life, elevating our estate’s tone of voice and enhancing how Foxhills shows up across all marketing and brand touchpoints.

What you will be doing

Marketing Campaigns and Digital Communications

  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across member, leisure, spa, golf and resort audiences.
  • Coordinate and create content for email marketing, including weekly member newsletters and targeted campaign emails.
  • Help drive online traffic and engagement through creative digital marketing activity, including SEO-informed content, campaign tracking and analytics support.
  • Assist with seasonal promotions, offers and digital initiatives to enhance engagement and conversion.
  • Update and maintain website content, ensuring pages, offers and event details remain accurate and compelling.
  • Coordinate influencer stays, including communication, briefing, scheduling and content follow-up to ensure impactful and on-brand representation of the resort.

Content Creation and Social Media

  • Support the management of Foxhills’ social media channels by producing engaging, on-brand posts, stories, videos and reels.
  • Capture on-property content that showcases resort life, events, new offerings and member experiences.
  • Assist with content planning, photoshoots and filming to build a strong and diverse asset library.
  • Maintain and organise photography, video and design assets for easy use across the business.
  • Track influencer activity and support amplification of creator content across Foxhills’ channels.

Brand Support and Creative Development

  • Contribute to refining and elevating Foxhills’ tone of voice across communications.
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials align with Foxhills’ identity, messaging and premium positioning.
  • Support the creation of brand materials, presentations and templates for internal and external use.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the brand is represented consistently across guest touchpoints and member interactions.

Collateral, Design and Print

  • Produce high quality, on-brand collateral such as posters, menus, brochures, flyers, signage and digital assets.
  • Manage minor design updates using templates and brief external agencies when larger creative work is required.
  • Update and maintain information on third-party platforms to ensure accurate brand representation.

Events, Promotions and Reporting

  • Assist in promoting member and resort events through targeted communications, collateral and digital activity.
  • Support the marketing team during on-site events, exhibitions, roadshows, photoshoots and filming.
  • Produce monthly activity reports and assist with data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.

Skills and Experience Requirements

  • Experience in marketing, content creation or communications within hospitality, leisure, lifestyle or similar sectors is desirable.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging, on-brand marketing copy.
  • Confident using social media channels and producing multimedia content tailored to different audiences.
  • Good organisational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with website content updates, email marketing platforms and basic analytics is an advantage.
  • Competent in producing and editing marketing materials for both digital and print.
  • Experience using design tools such as Canva, Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred.
  • A proactive, curious mindset and a passion for creating fresh, compelling marketing content.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, if required by business needs.
