Retail Insights in London is seeking a Brand Management Associate to own our content, shaping the voice across newsletters, product updates, and exclusive promotions.

Based at our London HQ, you will work in a fast-paced, impact-driven start-up environment with mentorship from the CEO and senior team, developing skills in email marketing, social media, design, and analytics, while collaborating across departments and contributing to event content.

Qualifications

• UK work permit required, point of entry for non-UK applicants
• Bachelor's or Master's degree required or in progress
• Training provided to develop skills across marketing, design and outreach

Responsibilities

• Email marketing: copywriting, graphics, strategy and optimisation for newsletters and updates
• Social media growth management: grow LinkedIn, test formats, support YouTube and Twitter launches
• Graphic design: maintain visual identity across marketing channels
• Website: design, SEO activities, UX optimisation and format launches reflecting brand identity
• Analytics: measure and improve performance metrics across channels against KPIs
• Paid advertising and PPC campaign management
• Synergy: collaborate with departments to share content and track brand progress
