Job summary

A live campaign gives people the chance to ask questions and decide whether an offer is right for them. We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Assistant to represent client brands in person, make those conversations useful and help turn genuine interest into new customers.

This is a face-to-face marketing role. You’ll work on brand activations and promotional campaigns in Wolverhampton, speaking directly with people rather than managing campaigns solely from a desk.

What Happens on a Campaign Day?

• Join the team briefing and learn the campaign message, audience and goals
• Introduce products or services clearly while representing the client’s brand
• Ask questions, listen to customers and adapt your approach to each conversation
• Help interested customers take the next step in the acquisition process
• Support activation setup, campaign materials and daily records
• Share customer feedback and review engagement and results with your manager

You Can Learn This With Us

Previous marketing experience is not required. We’ll train you in brand representation, customer acquisition, product knowledge and campaign standards before you take on more responsibility. You’ll receive feedback during live work, so you can build confidence and improve the quality of your conversations.

You may bring experience from retail, hospitality, events, sport or customer-facing work. What matters most is that you enjoy meeting people, communicate honestly, arrive prepared and respond well to coaching.

As your skills develop, you could help coordinate campaign activity or support newer team members. Progression depends on your performance and the opportunities available.
