Your Role

Are you a passionate Brand Manager ready to drive the growth of a beloved brand in the UK market? Natures Menu is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and make a significant impact. Reporting directly to the International Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in shaping and executing the brand's strategy, constantly seeking out new opportunities for expansion and ensuring our continued success.

What you will do

• Market & Consumer Expertise: Proactively identify growth opportunities by conducting in-depth monthly analyses of the competitive landscape and Natures Menu's brand performance.
• Brand Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve business goals and drive success.
• Strategic Brand Planning: Support the development of annual brand plans by helping define innovation, media and communication strategies, and impactful consumer promotion activities to boost brand awareness and sales.
• Budget Ownership: Efficiently manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to deliver strong results and maintain a healthy P&L.
• Campaign Execution: Implement and monitor communication and media strategies (including digital, PR and more) for effective brand impact across all customer journeys.
• Innovation Support: Contribute to and support the execution of innovation projects within the UK market.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with various departments such as Sales Development, New Product Development (NPD), and Regulatory to ensure cohesive brand execution across all touchpoints.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in a Brand Management position, ideally with more than 5 years in a related or equivalent position
• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, Marketing or similar
• Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian would be a plus.
• Strong analytical abilities, project management skills, and understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms and metrics
• You also possess a keen understanding of cultural nuances, enabling you to tailor strategies effectively for diverse consumer segments within the UK market.
