Overview

We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Brand Manager (Maternity Cover) for 9 months, with the potential to extend further. You will lead brands within the LeoVegas Group across a range of markets. This role is pivotal in driving brand consistency, creative excellence, and strategic growth across multiple channels and markets. You'll oversee the ongoing development and implementation of brand strategies, ensuring each brand continues to deliver standout creative, a strong market position, and meaningful connections with players. Leading a talented team of designers, you'll work collaboratively with internal stakeholders including marketing, partnerships, and research teams to maintain and elevate the quality, cohesion, and effectiveness of our brand communications globally.

Responsibilities

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Brand Ownership: Manage a portfolio of LeoVegas brands across LV Group markets, ensuring each brand remains distinctive, relevant, and consistent.
  • Strategy & Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand strategy, brand books, and design guidelines, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead the development and refinement of brand messaging, tone of voice, and visual identity to attract and retain players.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and the Director of Brand to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness of creative across all brands, channels, and markets.
  • Insights & Research: Collaborate with research and analytics teams to gain deeper insight into brand performance and player behaviour, translating findings into actionable improvements.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse the performance of ongoing campaigns and brand activities to inform future creative direction and marketing decisions.
  • Local Market Support: Work closely with local marketing teams on creative briefs, agency selection, concept development, production, and campaign execution.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with the partnerships team to maximise the impact and visibility of sponsorships and brand partnerships.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, with 3 direct reports, fostering creativity, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Process & Efficiency: Support ongoing process improvements, ensuring smooth project management and efficient ways of working across the brand and design teams.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in brand management, creative processes and delivering outstanding results. Preferably within the iGaming industry, entertainment, or digital sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing brand strategies across multiple markets.
  • Strong leadership experience managing creative or design teams. A natural communicator able to engage with staff at all levels.
  • Excellent understanding of brand architecture, tone of voice, and creative storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams, agencies, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting insights and campaign performance data.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with design processes, creative workflows, and tools.
