Job description

The Brand Manager is responsible for driving brand growth, market share, and commercial performance. This role translates business objectives into impactful brand strategies that increase demand, support sales, and strengthen competitive positioning across all channels.

What success looks like

Clear alignment between brand strategy and commercial results, drive demand, sales uplift, and market share growth through integrated marketing initiatives, improved brand‑led sales performance and market share. Key to success will be establishing stellar connections and ways of working with cross‑functional Europe teams (particularly commercial).

Key Responsibilities

Translating brand strategy into commercial results: 35%

  • Translate business objectives into brand plans with clear KPIs, timelines, and ROI targets
  • Drive revenue growth by aligning brand initiatives with sales and go‑to‑market plans
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Trade Marketing teams to enable effective selling
  • Lead product launches and portfolio initiatives to deliver incremental sales growth
  • Develop and execute pricing, promotion, and channel strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Use data, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to identify and unlock growth opportunities
  • Challenge underperforming initiatives and optimize spend to maximize commercial impact
  • Actively seeks and evaluates alternative ways of providing support to drive key markets and customers

Lead marketing execution: 30%

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns that increase demand, customer acquisition, and loyalty, supporting key markets / customers
  • Ensure the 360° marketing plans for key initiatives & marketing campaigns across online & offline platforms to ensure that they cut through and to build the credibility of brand and link closely to commercial execution and results.
  • Monitor closely brand awareness and equity and identify opportunities and drive the roadmap to address the gaps
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, pricing, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Track KPIs including market share, revenue contribution, brand equity, and campaign effectiveness
  • Measure and report on the success of marketing campaigns, including assessing ROI and KPIs
  • Manage all activities within budget and monitor to drive efficiencies, collaborate closely with Brand Engagement team on delivering most effective media and engagement plans that drive commercial result
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional team in best in class marketing plans / campaigns for the innovation launches.
  • Collaborate with Human Insights and Shopper Marketing on identifying best insights to drive growth.
  • Participate in defining and executing best commercial proposition eg. support sales in sell‑in decks, represent the brand in distributor meetings.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or product marketing
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth, demand generation, and sales performance
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding
  • Data‑driven decision‑making and analytical skills
  • Strategic planning and execution excellence
  • Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI‑driven campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market trends
