Job Overview

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, you will own the strategic and operational management of STANLEY, IRWIN, and FACOM across the UK. This role involves developing inclusive brand communication strategies, collaborating with central and digital teams, supporting product launches and training events, creating engaging content for print and digital channels, driving demand, and participating in budget and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute brand communication strategies across multiple channels.
  • Support product launches and training events.
  • Create engaging print and digital content.
  • Drive demand through accessible marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in budget and strategic planning.
  • Optimize brand materials for diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to align objectives.
  • Enhance POS and print presence for all brands.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Demonstrable experience in Brand Marketing.
  • B2C marketing experience is highly desirable.
  • A commercial mindset and awareness.
  • Full UK driving licence.
