The Role

We’re looking for an extraordinary, hands‑on Brand Manager to take ownership of TRIP’s pioneering and fast‑growing Drinks range. You’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand shows up across every consumer touchpoint – from product to packaging, campaigns to content. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure our brand strategy is activated powerfully and consistently.

This role would suit a junior or assistant brand manager taking their first step up into a Brand Manager role.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Brand Strategy Execution: Implement the brand vision and positioning for the Drinks range, ensuring consistency across all marketing and customer channels.
  • Consumer Insight & Research: Use data, trend reports, and customer insight to inform strategic decisions and identify new opportunities.
  • Innovation Support: Contribute to new product development, including concept creation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Packaging & Creative Direction: Collaborate with designers and suppliers to develop packaging that’s innovative, on‑brand, and retail‑ready.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Product, Performance, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
  • Comms Development: Lead in creative development for Growth and Shopper assets and support development of campaigns across digital, retail, social, and experiential.
About You
  • 2–3 years of experience in a Brand Manager or Junior Brand Manager role.
  • Proven experience working on an established FMCG brand in nationwide Grocery distribution.
  • Good with turning data into consumer insight to inform decision-making and positioning.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with a hands‑on, get‑stuff‑done approach.
  • Passion for innovation, wellness, and building culturally relevant brands.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, collaborative, scale‑up environment.
  • Based in London with availability to be in our London HQ 4 days per week.
