Brand Manager - Premium No Alcohol Aperitif Drinks Brand (London/South East)

Salary: £45,000-£55,000 + bonus
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We're supporting a strong and growing, purpose-led drinks brand that's leading the way in the premium non-alcoholic spirits space. Inspired by nature and rooted in sustainability, they're known for complex, flavour-first products that have become favourites in top restaurants, bars, and retailers across the UK and beyond.

They're now looking for a Brand Manager to help shape and grow the brand as they expand nationally and internationally.

What you'll be doing
  • Own and execute the brand strategy across on-trade, off-trade, e-commerce and export
  • Deliver creative campaigns and seasonal activations (e.g. cherry blossom season, London Cocktail Week)
  • Develop engaging content and tools for retail, DTC and hospitality audiences
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive visibility and rate of sale
  • Support export markets with consistent global messaging and brand assets
What we're looking for
  • Strong brand/marketing experience ideally in drinks, food, or indie consumer brands
  • Creative and organised, with an eye for detail and a flair for storytelling
  • Confident managing multiple projects and tight timelines
