Role

This Fixed Term position supports the Coordinator with information gathering on Wholesale corners and assists the corners with their day‑to‑day needs, acting as an Ambassador for Ralph Lauren and its brands.

Responsibilities
  • Liaise with Key Accounts, Corner Managers and merchandise coordinators to communicate staffing.
  • Maintain and update records of staffing and account contacts.
  • Understand PRL commercial and sales objectives, and record and monitor sales of corners with vacancies.
  • Build relationships to ensure that Accounts cover and communicate vacancies with additional staff.
  • Raise critical issues with funded staff members and escort them to the Retail Manager as needed.
  • Assist with PRL and Lauren seasonal training seminar events for funded staff, coordinating and managing event setup.
  • Handle uniform ordering and rollout, ensuring timely delivery and prioritization for key accounts.
  • Manage incentive payouts, ensuring timely issuance.
