Job summary

Brabners is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join its Marketing & Communications team in Preston. You will protect the brand, create engaging content across digital, print and social channels, and own creative projects from concept to delivery.

You'll work with colleagues across marketing and digital, developing compelling visuals and templates, while ensuring consistency and high-quality design that supports the firm's strategic objectives and engages both internal and external

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in a Graphic Designer role, creating engaging content across channels.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaigns and high-quality design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Understanding of branding, typography, layout and visual storytelling.
• Experience developing assets for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Ability to act as a brand guardian and maintain consistency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and creation of engaging content across digital, print and social channels.
• Support the development and delivery of firm-wide brand campaigns.
• Guard the Brabners brand, ensuring consistency across all communications.
• Collaborate with Senior Marketing Managers on campaign assets and concepts.
• Work with Digital teams to create content for online channels.
• Create templates, presentations, reports and branded materials for colleagues.
• Manage and develop the firm's image library and visual assets.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative thinking to every project.
• Help maximise value and reuse of creative assets across marketing.
• Monitor design trends and opportunities to improve communications.
