Job summary

Warner Hotels is seeking a Creative Lead Designer to head the in-house creative function across 16 properties and three segments. This 12-month fixed-term contract covers maternity leave, with a Hemel Hempstead hub work pattern 3 days a week and travel to hotels nationwide as needed.

You will translate brand strategy into compelling creative across campaigns, digital, CRM, social, on-property and internal channels, leading a small team and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver

Qualifications

• Significant experience in a senior creative or design role with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of brand identity and visual design across digital and print.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and production requirements.
• Awareness of AI applications in brand-preserving ways.
• Strong direction and conceptual thinking translating briefs into ideas.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire an in-house creative team.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative projects from brief through delivery across channels.
• Set clear creative direction and nurture team ownership of deliverables.
• Collaborate with Brand & Campaigns, Digital, Social, Operations and hotels.
• Leverage guest insights and performance data to evolve campaigns.
• Direct photography/content shoots and manage external partners.
