Premier Foods is seeking a Brand Finance Analyst to join our fast-paced Brand Finance team in St Albans. You will work with senior stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial Planning, Sales and Finance to understand brand performance and support value-adding decisions.

This role offers hybrid working (50%), exposure to high-visibility projects, and opportunities to influence both short and long-term plans while driving product innovation.

Qualifications

• A CIMA, ACCA or ACA-qualified finance professional
• Commercial or analytical background with strong business partnering
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with SAP or Business Objects

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted finance partner to Marketing Directors and Commercial Planning
• Analyse branded performance and communicate insights to senior leadership
• Support short-term forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning
• Monitor marketing spend against budgets and identify issues
• Suggest actions to improve margin and overall performance
• Evaluate costings for new and existing product development
• Challenge assumptions behind innovation plans and KPIs
• Support category teams through the innovation gate process
• Build relationships across Marketing, Sales, Finance and Operations
• Champion simpler, more effective processes in Brand Finance
