Job summary

Charlotte Tilbury Brand Expert at Space NK in the UK plays a pivotal role in inspiring and leading retailer teams. You will coach teams on artistry, product knowledge, and our brand values while building lasting relationships with stores across the region.

You will create magical customer experiences, drive in-store events, and promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience, delivering sales and KPI targets with energy and leadership.

• Drive brand awareness by converting walk-in customers to services with the magic service.
• Educate and engage teams using retailer platforms with digital/video content.

About your role

You act as the ultimate Charlotte Tilbury Ambassador by leading and engaging Retailer’s teams and managers with the unique Charlotte Tilbury vision. You are a dynamic and inspirational Artist who is a true coach that helps develop teams on artistry, product knowledge and our brand Values.

You are flexible and a strong communicator that has the capability to create a long-lasting relationships with teams, supporting all stores in your area.

You are the connection between Charlotte Tilbury world and the Retailer. You will engage in re-creating a Charlotte Tilbury experience in the stores both for the teams and the customers through mini training sessions and facilitating mini events. You pride yourself on creating and driving magical customer experience by building genuine emotional connections. Not only do you dare to dream it – you dare to do it.

As a Brand Expert, you will

• Achieve sales and KPI targets as set by your Manager
• Coach retailer’s teams to sell Charlotte Tilbury products to achieve weekly sales and KPI targets
• Own and facilitate mini events and pre booked services in store to promote the Charlotte Tilbury experience and magic service whilst delivering sales.
• Drive brand awareness and consideration by converting walk in customers to services, always delivering Charlotte’s magic service
• Utilise platforms provided by retailer to educate and engage teams with digital and video content
• Support visual merchandising, products layout, VM standards, testers, stock and feedback to your line manager

Commercial Accountabilities:

• Ensure the best customer experience is being delivered; even when you’re not around by embedding the magic service methodology. Build brand awareness by creating lasting emotional connections with customers
• Think limitlessly with your plan for the calendar year with consideration for New Product Launches, and activity/market impacts from the previous year of trade
• Devise and deliver a compelling eventing plan for all of the doors in your area
• Share sales and KPI results with your line manager every week with robust reporting

Operational Accountabilities:

• Working and liaising with Retailer team to ensure brand compliance with policies and procedures
• Flag issues on stock and tester levels to the store management and your line manager
• Execute flawless visual merchandising and standards on a daily basis
