Sweaty Betty is seeking a customer-focused retail assistant to deliver exceptional service in-store. You will help customers select products, style outfits, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience. The role supports sales targets and maintains store presentation across busy periods.

Candidates should be flexible to work weekends/holidays, bring enthusiasm for the brands, and demonstrate strong communication skills and a professional attitude. Training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred, but not required.
• Flexible schedule with weekend/holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for customers with authentic service.
• Achieve sales targets and performance metrics.
• Educate customers on products and build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Maintain store standards including visual merchandising, stock, deliveries and loss prevention.
• Handle cash and follow security and health & safety procedures.
