Job summary

MCR Property Group in Manchester is launching a dedicated national commercial property brand and building a new in-house marketing team to drive demand, occupier enquiries and leasing across the portfolio.

You will manage day-to-day marketing for a portfolio of commercial properties, support brand launch across campaigns and assets, and work closely with the Head of Marketing, Commercial Property to shape go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications

• Marketing experience in property or a closely related sector
• Campaign management and lead generation experience
• Strong written communication skills and ability to brief creative teams
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external agents

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day marketing of a commercial property portfolio
• Support launch and growth of the national commercial property brand
• Build marketing processes, standards and ways of working for the new team
• Deliver campaigns to generate qualified enquiries and property viewings
• Manage property listings, websites and landing pages with accurate content and enquiry routes
• Support acquisitions, refurbishments and asset repositioning campaigns
• Brief photographers, videographers, CGI, Matterport and other content
• Collaborate with in-house studio on brochures, signage and agent materials
• Work with CRM team to improve lead capture, tracking and reporting
• Monitor campaign performance, enquiry levels, viewing activity and lead quality
• Support paid search, paid social, email marketing and digital acquisition
• Coordinate agent campaigns, events, updates and occupier communications
• Assist external suppliers and manage budgets for results-driven activity
