Job Summary :

Ruggable is on a mission to reinvent the way people think about their homes starting from the ground up. We believe design should be beautiful, functional and washable. As we continue to expand our global reach and redefine what a home can be we’re seeking a bold strategic and visionary Brand Director for Europe to champion our brand across the region.

As the European Brand Director you’ll own the regional brand strategy and ensure Ruggable shows up consistently and meaningfully across our European markets. Reporting into the European Marketing Director you’ll adapt global brand positioning to local audiences, drive cultural relevance and amplify our story across the region.

This role requires a strategic leader with a global mindset and local expertise. You should be able to balance the art of brand storytelling with the science of data‑driven insights. You’ll work closely with the US brand team and regional partners in media, growth, creative and product to deliver integrated campaigns that build long‑term equity while fueling short‑term growth.

What You’ll Do :
  • Lead and own Ruggable’s brand strategy in Europe aligning with global positioning while adapting to local market needs.
  • Build and deliver brand campaigns tailored to European audiences in close collaboration with US marketing and creative teams.
  • Oversee PR, social and influencer initiatives to activate culturally relevant storytelling and amplify Ruggable’s presence in key European markets.
  • Champion brand identity in Europe ensuring visual and verbal expression stays true to the global brand while resonating locally.
  • Leverage consumer, market and cultural insights to shape brand initiatives and keep Ruggable at the forefront of conversation.
  • Inspire and lead a European brand team fostering strong collaboration with US counterparts.
  • Monitor brand health and campaign performance translating insights into continuous improvement and growth.
What You’ll Need to Have :

Required :

  • 8 years of experience in brand marketing or brand strategy, ideally within a DTC or consumer lifestyle company.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt a global brand for regional markets while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Proven track record of leading integrated campaigns across multiple European countries.
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across geographies, time zones and cultures.
  • A balance of creative vision and strategic, data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Inspirational people leadership with proven ability to build, motivate and scale high‑performing teams.
  • Deep passion for design, lifestyle and shaping culture.
  • Fluency in English required; additional European languages a plus.
  • Strong understanding of European regional market dynamics and consumer nuances.

Preferred :

  • Prior experience in a fast‑paced startup or e‑commerce company.
  • Prior experience working across multiple European territories.
