Job summary

Fantastic Restaurant Group in London is seeking a Head of Brand to lead the brand projects and retail marketing calendar, driving ideas from concept through production and execution. You will oversee materials and help steer the business in the right direction at a senior level.

You should bring a proven track record in restaurant marketing, experience managing a small team and a sizeable budget, and a deep knowledge of the casual dining sector. Excellent English required.

Qualifications

• Proven hospitality/brand marketing experience in a senior role.
• Experience leading brand projects for restaurant or hospitality brands.
• Strong budget and team leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead brand projects and retail promotional marketing activity calendar, from concept generation to production and implementation.
• Oversee the development and implementation of support materials.
• Help steer the business direction at a senior level and lead the marketing team.
