Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a Brand Designer to shape and evolve our visual identity across products, campaigns, and touchpoints. You’ll develop strong concepts, translate them into scalable systems, and work with Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations teams.

You’ll collaborate with design leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver high‑quality brand communications, while maintaining consistency with ElevenLabs’ voice and goals.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design across multiple mediums.
• Excellent typography, color theory, and layout skills.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; able to translate brand guidelines into visuals.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts and directions for product launches, campaigns, and events.
• Evolve the brand’s visual identity into scalable design systems and toolkits.
• Design brand assets across digital and physical touchpoints (social, web, print, events).
• Create flexible templates and tools to enable other teams to communicate consistently.
• Art-direct imagery, typography, and visual elements with internal and external partners.
• Maintain high quality while exploring new ideas to push the brand forward.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, Product Design, Video, Events, and Operations teams from brief to delivery.
